Coffee
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns once it has been delivered. However, we understand that taste can be subjective, and we want you to enjoy our coffee as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or a credit towards your next purchase.
Merchandise
We accept returns and exchanges of merchandise within 30 days of your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original unused condition. Please reach out to us before sending any items back to discuss the details and the possibility of any shipping charges, which may apply based on the specific circumstances of the return.
